Flexible Rate:

Flexible Payment policy

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• A 50% deposit of the total accommodation value will be charged 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Important Note: For identification and security reasons, the individual who settles the payment (cardholder) of the reservation is (1) essential to be present during the check-in time and (2) is required to display the same credit card used for the payment of the reservation.

Flexible Cancellation policy

• This rate allows modifications or cancellations free of charge at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• For cancellations 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, non-show or early departure, result in 100% (Full) cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking.
• For cancellations, 14 days to 8 days prior to the arrival date 50% cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking apply.

Non Refundable Rate: 

Non Refundable Payment policy

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Full prepayment for your booking is required for this special rate.
• No free cancellation or modification is allowed without full cancellation fees.
